Job summary

Insight Global is looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This candidate will install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across BayCare facilities, including the utility plant, air handlers, refrigerators, coolers, and ice machines.

The goal is to ensure optimal indoor air quality and climate control to support patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience (pumps, hydraulics, heat transfers/exchanges).
• Great customer service skills.
• HVAC Certifications.
• Hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair HVAC systems across BayCare facilities.
• Service the utility plant including air handlers, refrigerators, coolers and ice machines.
• Aim to ensure optimal indoor air quality and climate control to support patient care and operational efficiency.
