Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in large commercial equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability.

Skills

Experience with RTUs, boilers, MAUs, AHUs, fans, pumps, cooling towers, VAV/FPBs, automation systems, chillers

Understanding of hydronic systems and DX cooling circuits

Clear communication with facility managers and engineers

Education

H/CFC universal license
