Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing (an ARS company) seeks a Commercial Construction Service Tech to install, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems for new commercial builds. You will work with a team to ensure reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction on job sites in Omaha, NE.

Qualified candidates bring 4–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience, EPA certification, and HVAC trade training or equivalent.

• Troubleshoot, service and repair commercial new construction heating and cooling systems

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring as a Commercial New Construction Service Tech:

• Minimum 4-5 years commercial HVAC service experience
• Completion of HVAC trade training or equivalent experience preferred
• EPA certification required
• Advanced knowledge of carpentry, gas piping, electricity, and air flow
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Strong familiarity with local codes and industry standards
