As a Commercial Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing Carrier Commercial Service by identifying, developing, and advancing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, controls, digital solutions, rentals, and other lifecycle‑based offerings. This role is ideal for a high‑energy, customer‑focused sales professional with strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems, the ability to understand customer business priorities, and the discipline to convert technical needs into measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will build trusted advisor relationships with customers by helping them optimize the performance, reliability, sustainability, and lifecycle value of their building assets. This individual will connect Carrier services and solutions to outcomes that support capital renewal planning, reduce operating expenses, improve equipment uptime, and minimize operational risk.
This role will be located in Wisconsin and predominantly out in the field with customers supporting customers and growth in Wisconsin.

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
Thisposition may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
