Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration service and repair.
• EPA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment (walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and related systems).
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions; work independently while coordinating with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.
