Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial refrigeration technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain walk-in coolers and related equipment in restaurant and retail environments.

You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent repairs to keep systems running efficiently. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of refrigeration service experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration service and repair experience is required.
• EPA or other relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work with dispatch and customers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-ins and ice machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions; work independently with clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.
