Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration service and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting, Electrical diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment (walk‑ins, ice machines, restaurant and retail systems).
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions; work independently with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.
