Job summary

Rinvio seeks an experienced HVAC/R technician to service refrigeration, heating, and cooling equipment across commercial properties in Lancaster, CA. You’ll perform planned upkeep and on-demand repairs, with a focus on practical troubleshooting and reliable follow-through.

The role requires EPA 608 Universal certification, 3+ years of field experience, and the ability to diagnose faults in racks, walk-ins, ice machines, and packaged rooftops.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Universal certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems or equivalent hands-on field experience.
• Ability to independently identify faults and complete repairs on refrigeration racks, walk-in systems, ice machines, and packaged rooftop units.
• A current driver's license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find the causes of operating problems in commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Repair refrigeration rack systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain and restore operation of walk-in freezer and cooler systems.
• Troubleshoot ice machines and perform necessary repairs.
• Service packaged rooftop HVAC equipment and address faults and maintenance needs.
• Respond to service requests alongside planned maintenance visits.
