Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Sarasota, FL. You will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines. EPA Certified and valid driver's license required; on-call rotation weekly.

The role offers weekly pay, a sign-on bonus up to $2,500, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and company vehicles with gas cards.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-call rotation 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
