You’ll service and install commercial refrigeration, HVAC, ventilation, food service, and beverage equipment across central and northern Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota—no residential calls. · Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC-R and related equipment.
· Read schematics, manuals, and blueprints; use testing tools to solve equipment issues.
· Run copper piping and PVC and maintain parts inventory.
· Complete electronic work orders and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
· Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
· 1+ year of commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience.
· EPA Universal Certification.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid Class D driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
· Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills.
· Preferred: 2+ years of experience, technical training or apprenticeship, and a Federal Medical Card.
· Daily travel between customer sites, including driving two to four hours at a time.
· Availability for on-call coverage, nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops and confined spaces, work indoors and outdoors, frequently handle up to 50 pounds, and occasionally handle 75 pounds or more.

Stationary Position: Must be able to maintain a stationary position for 2-4 hours while traveling between jobsites.
Move: Continually required to walk inside and outside jobsites and other work locations.
Operate: Frequently operates a commercial vehicle, power tools, and a mobile device. Occasionally operates a computer and other office productivity machinery. Repetitive finger motion, hand dexterity, outward and upward arm extension, and elbow bending is required.
Ascend/Descend: Frequently required to ascend/descend stairs and ladders to access all areas of equipment and jobsites including rooftops.
Positions self: Frequently required to bend, stoop and access small, confined spaces.
Communicate: Frequently communicates with internal and external customers using spoken word and the ability to perceive the natural sounds of normal speaking levels. Must be able to exchange accurate information through oral and written communication and make fine discriminations in sound. Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Observe/Inspect: Able to observe details at close range, distance range, peripherally and with the ability to adjust focus. Frequently utilizes visual acuity to operate vehicles, power tools & equipment and read technical information.
Transport: Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds, occasionally 75+ pounds.
Exposed to: Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. Frequently exposed to loud noise and vibration consistent with use of power tools and equipment. Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
