Job summary

Pine Tree Food Equipment is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. The role focuses on servicing and repairing commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration equipment at customer sites, with on‑the‑job troubleshooting and preventive maintenance in a field setting.

Candidates should have EPA Type II certification, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC/R experience is required.
• EPA Type II certification is required.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Flexibility for on‑call shifts and overtime when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
• Successful background check and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs.
• Coordinate service calls and document maintenance activities.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while on the job.
