Job summary

Hilton Mechanical Contractors is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager in the Atlanta metro area. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate field teams with subcontractors and general contractors.

The role requires an active Georgia Class II unrestricted Conditioned Air Contractor license and at least five years of HVAC project management experience, strong knowledge of mechanical systems, excellent communication,

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Class II unrestricted Conditioned Air Contractor license is required.
• Minimum five years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plans and specifications.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating with general contractors.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance.
