Central Mechanical Wichita invites you to join our team as a Sheet Metal/HVAC Installer: Apprentice or Journeyman. Build a solid future with hands-on training and real pay for real work.

We offer above-average pay based on experience, comprehensive benefits, a 401K with 4% company match after 3 months, paid training, tool purchase program, six holidays, and year‑round work. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm (summer: 6am–2:30pm).

Qualifications

• Willing to learn a trade and pursue a career in sheet metal/HVAC.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
