Craftsmen Resources LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer (Journeyman or Apprentice 2+ yr) to install, service, and optimize HVAC systems on Oklahoma commercial projects. This on-site role offers steady hours, potential overtime, and clear career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification required; NATE preferred.
• Proficiency with sheet metal fabrication, ductwork layout, and pipe fitting.
• Strong electrical wiring skills and familiarity with HVAC controls.
• Refrigerant handling and leak detection experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
• OK Apprentice or Journeyman Mechanical license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read HVAC blueprints, schematics, and duct designs.
• Install, align, and secure air handlers, condensers, furnaces, chillers, and ductwork.
• Wire thermostats, controls, and electrical panels per specs.
• Charge systems with refrigerant and perform leak tests.
• Calibrate airflow, temperature, and pressure for comfort.
• Conduct start-up procedures, tests, and client walkthroughs.
• Follow safety protocols and local code requirements.
