Job summary

Lee Company is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to perform installs, repairs and maintenance on a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment. You will handle refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, heat pumps, and related systems on job sites, ensuring safe, efficient operation.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and ability to juggle multiple tasks while working with other technicians and trade professionals.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is recommended.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform installs, repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Repair and replace equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, heat pumps, and related components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot systems such as burners, economizers, humidifiers, and controls.
