Job summary

Climate Systems, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Equipment Support Technician to join our 100% employee-owned team.

You will assist with project plans, specifications, and equipment selections in collaboration with the Project Manager, ensuring the right fit for each job’s requirements. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to read HVAC plans and use tools like Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and pursue multiple solutions to problems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Work within Bluebeam and Microsoft Office to prepare documents.
• Collaborate with Project Manager from start to finish of the job.
• Download plans and specifications for project use.
• Make equipment selections to meet specifications and project requirements.

This opportunity will give you the advantage of working for a 100% Employee-Owned Company that has an excellent reputation where your work makes a difference!Our Commercial HVAC Equipment Support Technicianis responsible for project plans and specifications, making equipment selections to meet job/project requirements. This position works closely with the Project Manager.

• Work within Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Products such as excel and word type files.
• Work directly with the Project Manager from the start to finish of the job.
• Download plans and specifications.
• Make equipment selections to meet specifications and project requirements.

• Knowledge of HVAC is preferred, but not required.
• Strategic and self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic, but team focused.
• Deadline oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC plans and specifications is preferred, but not required.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
