Job summary

Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia is hiring an experienced handyman to care for repair and maintenance tasks for offices, retail stores, restaurants, medical offices and property-managed buildings from Arlington to Haymarket.

The team handles accounts and scheduling, while you perform the work; you won’t need a personal truck. The role involves carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, light plumbing and electrical within your qualifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on handyman, maintenance or construction experience.
• Skills across several trades and basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Live in Northern Virginia.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.

• Door, lock and hardware repairs; carpentry and trim.
• Drywall patching and painting; flooring and tile repairs.
• Light plumbing and electrical within your qualifications.
• Small tenant improvements and general building maintenance.

We bring in the accounts and schedule the work; you get it done right. No personal truck needed.

What you'll do
