Qualifications

• Independent contractors must provide a valid Business License and insurance.
• 18 years of age minimum with favorable background investigation results.
• Cannot be a sole proprietor.

Responsibilities

• Provide general handyman and light maintenance services.
• Perform minor repairs, basic carpentry, and installation work.
• Coordinate with facility managers and the City Wide team.
