Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of Heartland Business Systems operational processes.
• Provide support to Operations Department, including Partner Relations, Client Services and Supply Chain.
• Perform data analysis on systems information.
• Develop professional skills through on-the-job learning.
• Update product data aligned with inventory, categorization, reporting, etc.
• Build relationships with internal customers at varying levels of seniority.
• Assist all levels of Operations team with projects as assigned.
