Qualifications

• Experience in commercial glass and glazing construction.
• Ability to read drawings and installation details.
• Own proper glazing tools and reliable transport.
• Strong safety mindset and OSHA compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install storefront, aluminum entrances, curtain wall, window wall, and commercial window systems.
• Install aluminum doors, frames, sidelites, transoms, and related entrance systems.
• Install monolithic, insulated, laminated, tempered, and specialty architectural glass.
• Perform field measurements and verify openings before installation.
• Glaze systems with gaskets, tapes, sealants, and backer rod.
• Read shop drawings and elevations, and lay out installations accurately.
• Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, and customers on site.
• Safely load, unload, and transport glass, aluminum, doors, and materials.
