Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of commercial furniture dealership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in systems furniture and workplace design.
• Proficiency with CET Designer, AutoCAD, and specification tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead programming, space planning, and furniture application strategies for corporate, healthcare, education, and government environments.
• Interpret drawings and client requirements to develop effective furniture solutions.
• Create floor plans, installation drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Ensure designs comply with ADA, life-safety, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, electricians, and IT teams on furniture, power, and technology needs.
• Provide technical expertise on product applications and installation practices.
• Support value engineering while maintaining design intent and project goals.
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth execution and quality control.
