Joe Cooper Lincoln's Pro Elite Commercial Fleet Center in Edmond, OK, is hiring a Commercial Fleet Service Technician. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium and heavy-duty fleet vehicles for client companies and the dealership.

The ideal candidate has ASE and Ford certifications, strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, and experience with CDK/X-Time. Applicants must be able to work efficiently and safely with a team in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE Certification and Ford manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as automotive technician, preferably with commercial fleet.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain client company and dealership fleet vehicles.
• Interpret repair orders and carry out repairs per dispatch.
• Perform inspections and troubleshoot to determine repair needs.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisor and Parts staff.
• Attend trainings and meetings to enhance skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
