Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems in Houston is seeking a Commercial Fire Alarm Service Technician to install, inspect, maintain and repair fire alarm systems for our commercial clients.

The role requires a valid Fire Alarm License, at least two years of field experience, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and the ability to read blueprints and work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Valid Fire Alarm License (FAL) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience servicing commercial fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm system components, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks including climbing, lifting, and working in various environments.
