Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of Commercial Finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze, model, and consolidate large datasets.
• Experience partnering with commercial or sales organizations to support revenue growth and profitability initiatives.
• Experience developing financial models, pricing analyses, and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Management system

Responsibilities

Ornua is actively seeking a Commercial Finance Managerto join the Ornua Family as we continue our growth trajectory. This position will, in partnership with the Commercial team, will drive business growth and maximize profitability. Role will provide strategic pricing and trade direction to drive net value and lead planning at the customer level.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Serves as a strategic business partner to Sales Leadership, influencing customer strategy, revenue growth, trade investment decisions and profit delivery
• Analyzes promo effectiveness and provides optimization recommendations. Co-leads regular reviews with the sales team.
• Serves as finance lead on implementation and management of trade promotion management system
• Co-owns development, maintenance and adherence of pricing and promo guidelines and guardrails
• Models, presents recommendations to leadership and executes pricing actions
• Collaborates with sales on customer pricing and investment initiatives including Joint Business Planning
• Leads the commercial planning process for the sales organization at the customer level
• Collaborates with the sales team to write effective annual business plans to deliver volume, investment and profit goals, including expanding our distribution and display presence
• Manages the Commercial Senior Financial Analyst to support the above responsibilities

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Commercial Finance experience.

• Previous experience within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.

• Experience evaluating promotional effectiveness and trade investment performance.
• Experience leading customer-level planning, pricing strategy, and Joint Business Planning initiatives.
• Prior people management or team leadership experience.

PAY RANGE:$128,250- $156,750

This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance.
