Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems in Jerome, Idaho seeks a Commercial Financial Accountant to support both Commercial and Finance teams with accurate reporting and insights. You will handle month-end close for Commercial and Administrative accounts, deliver timely financial information, and build strong business relationships with the Commercial team.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, management reports, and developing Power BI dashboards to enhance sales reporting and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with accounting concentration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI dashboard development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end accounting tasks for Commercial and Administrative functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and deliver management reports as assigned.
• Assist and complete business surveys and data submissions as requested.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the accounting team.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.
• Develop and update Power BI dashboards to support sales reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and maintain sales projections and inventory tracking reports.
