• Familiar with CSI Divisions and work breakdown structure.

Responsibilities

• Estimate construction projects as assigned using estimating checklist and software.
• Develop relationships with the trade base and assist Business Development.
• Analyze project documents, perform accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimation and risk assessment.
• Coordinate subcontractors during the pre-construction phase.
