Job summary

BL Harbert International seeks an experienced estimator to quantify components, develop unit prices, and manage subcontractor procurement with BIM-enabled planning.

Proficiency in Timberline, Isqft, On Screen Take-off, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and SketchUp Pro, plus Word/Excel, is required. You will collaborate with design consultants and suppliers and participate in industry events.

2–10 years estimating experience and a college degree are required; office-based with growth opportunities.

Essential Functions and Duties of Position

• Quantity Take-off: Quantify physical components of projects for pricing
• Develop unit prices for components of a project
• Subcontractor solicitation
• Building Information Modeling
• Generate renderings and virtual logistics plans
• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and vendors

Education/Experience
