Godot Consulting Group in the Dallas market is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to support the lifecycle of escrow files, ensuring accurate data and proactive communication with all parties.

Responsibilities include reviewing new contracts, entering orders, and driving file progression while delivering excellent customer service. This role offers excellent pay and benefits in a well-established title company environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to shift priorities easily.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Customer Service experience.
• Ability to work independently; and also function as a team member.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn and leverage modern title production procedures and technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ownership and customer support through-out the life of a file.
• Reviews and enters new contract/order data.
• Ensures progression of the file and communicates with all parties throughout the life of the file.
