8MSolar is seeking a Commercial Electrician Top Helper in Raleigh, NC, for on-site installation support on active construction projects. You will work with journeyman electricians to install conduits, pull wire, and set up fixtures on commercial sites.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of commercial electrical experience, bring basic hand tools, and demonstrate strong safety awareness and teamwork on lifts and at heights. We offer hands-on training and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial electrical experience required.
• Experience assisting with conduit installation, wire pulling, and fixture installation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must bring own basic hand tools.
• PPE required (harness, lanyard, yo-yo for elevated work). Safety gear can be provided if needed.
• Ability to safely work on lifts and at heights.

Work Scope & Responsibilities
