Job summary

Caplinger Company is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform commercial electrical service across Central Indiana. You will travel daily to customer sites from our Indianapolis base, troubleshoot issues, and provide professional customer service while completing required paperwork.

The role requires at least 2 years in electrical service, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. On-call rotations and continuous education opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an electrical service technician.
• Commercial electrical experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer locations throughout Central Indiana.
• Perform commercial electrical service on a wide range of equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and work independently to meet daily goals.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and office staff.
• Complete all paperwork daily and be available for on-call rotation.
