Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a skilled Electrician to perform installation, alterations, additions and repairs of electrical systems on construction projects. The role requires reading plans, coordinating with other trades, and supervising helpers, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Candidates should have 5+ years of electrical experience, a valid driver’s license, OSHA 10, and the ability to work at remote sites in varying weather. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must have in-depth commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems.
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment.
• Must be able to commute daily to remote job sites and have effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Ace Electric’s Safety Program and standards.
• Install electrical work per project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate installations with other trades.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and details.
• Supervise Electrician Helpers and Apprentices as assigned.
• Install conduit, wire, panel-boards and lighting as per layout.
• Test circuits and ensure safety of components.
• Complete required documentation.
