Job summary

Cascade Atlantic Partners in Riverside, CA is seeking an Electrician for a full-time role responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems across our commercial property portfolio. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, install new systems, and ensure compliance with NEC and safety regulations.

A high school diploma and 3+ years of experience, plus a valid California electrical license, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrician in a commercial setting.
• Valid California Class A or B electrical contractor's license.
• Familiarity with NEC standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with electrical panel upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
