Job summary

Arcon Electric in Destin, FL is seeking a skilled Commercial Electrician to contribute to large-scale new construction projects. You will lead installation, read blueprints, troubleshoot complex circuits, and ensure NEC-compliant, high-performance electrical systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as a Commercial Electrician.
Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Expertise in measuring, cutting, bending, assembling, and installing conduit and rough-in materials.
Physically capable of heavy lifting and working at various heights; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead installation and maintenance of electrical systems in new commercial construction.
Troubleshoot complex circuits and equipment, including lighting and controls.
Interpret drawings to turn architectural plans into functional electrical systems.
Suggest and implement innovative techniques and technologies.
Mentor less experienced team members and collaborate with the crew.
