Job Overview

Rinvio is hiring experienced Commercial Electricians for project-based electrical work in the Winchester, Virginia area. Journeyman-level experience is valued, but an active journeyman card is not required for every qualified candidate. Pay: $34-$44/hour based on experience. Location: Winchester, VA. Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule may vary by site needs. Type: Contract.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, devices, and related commercial electrical systems.
• Complete rough-in, trim-out, wire pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, and punch-list work.
• Read basic electrical drawings, field notes, and instructions to support accurate installation.
• Work safely and productively with foremen, site leadership, and other trades.
• Maintain clean, organized, code-conscious installations and follow site requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Journeyman-level skillset preferred; uncarded electricians with strong experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to bend conduit, pull wire, terminate devices/equipment, and troubleshoot basic electrical issues.
• Reliable transportation to Winchester-area project locations.
• Own basic hand tools and PPE.
• Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements.
