Job summary

Fountain Services, LLC is hiring for a Commercial Wireman/Journeyman Electrician to support industrial and commercial projects across our regional footprint. This role suits hands-on electricians who mentor others while upholding high craftsmanship standards.

We value qualified applicants with 4+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic tools; OSHA-10 or related certs are a plus. Our pay range is $24–$32 per hour, with strong benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a mandatory drug screening.
• Must provide two professional references.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must own basic personal tools of the trade.

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain basic hand tools and company‑provided tools.
• Identify appropriate fasteners and materials for job‑specific needs.
• Follow detailed layouts and install branch circuitry and feeder conduits.
• Bend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit (1” to 4”) using hand and ratcheting benders.
• Install fixtures, devices, and proper terminations.
• Interpret and follow construction documents and wiring diagrams.
• Plan and execute wire pulls and terminations, including up to 4” conduit.
• Understand lighting controls, grounding, and conduit/wire types and applications.
• Perform transformer installations and troubleshooting.
• Use wire crimping tools effectively.
• Mentor apprentices and junior team members, ensuring quality of their work.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
