CCS Construction Staffing in Pensacola, FL is seeking Commercial Electrical Top Helpers to support journeymen on commercial electrical projects. This role offers a full-time, project-based schedule with a 5 8s shift and a pay rate of $20–$25 per hour, ASAP start.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of electrical experience, can handle conduit, wire pulling, and lighting control systems, and will follow safety procedures and use PPE. CCS provides benefits and ongoing project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Reliable and able to work the required schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeymen with electrical installation tasks.
• Perform clean-up and site organization.
• Support conduit bending and wire pulling.
• Work with lighting control systems.
• Assist with conduit fitting of various sizes.
