E.L. Electrical Contracting in Southeast Michigan is seeking experienced Commercial Electrical Foremen to lead local commercial projects and build strong field crews.

You will coordinate materials, plan schedules, and provide project management support while maintaining safety and communication with GCs, inspectors, and clients. Competitive hourly pay reflects leadership and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Michigan Journeyman Electrician License.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout ability.
• Proven ability to manage crew productivity and scheduling.
• Excellent communication with general contractors, inspectors, and clients.
• Leadership mindset and accountability.

Lead Projects for a Contractor That Plans Ahead

E.L. Electrical Contracting has served Southeast Michigan for over 27 years, specializing in organized new commercial construction and renovation projects including schools, churches, fire stations, municipal facilities, and professional office buildings.

We build long-term crews and promote from within.

As our commercial project pipeline continues to grow, we are selectively connecting with experienced Commercial Electrical Foremen who can take ownership of projects in the field and lead strong crews.

Compensation

$36–$45+ per hour
(Based on leadership ability, project management skill, and production)
