Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead our field operations on-site.

You will preplan, organize, and audit daily activities of drywall crews to ensure timely, safe, and quality installations across projects. The ideal candidate has at least five years of commercial drywall experience, strong communication with general contractors and clients, and a proactive approach to problem solving and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Must have five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Strong communication with General Contractors and customers.
• Safety, quality and customer service oriented.

• Ability to communicate clearly with General Contractors and customers.
• Accurately prepare all job progress reports indicating completion, material usage, labor utilization and any issues that may have occurred.

• Ability to communicate an organized plan of execution for work force to follow.
• Manage workforce by evaluating, placement, monitoring and controlling performance strategically.
