Overview

Join to apply for the Commercial Driver – Part Time role at ALLDATA. AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. This role focuses on safe driving, timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service while supporting store operations.

Be part of an energizing culture rooted in people and a commitment to delivering WOW! Customer Service. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll use company-provided vehicles and pursue career stability with growth opportunities. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required in this position.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For / Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Preferred / Extra Mile

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional Communications: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat Endorsement: A Hazmat endorsement is a plus for handling and transporting certain materials.
