Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking Commercial Door Technicians in the Renton, WA area. The role involves repair and/or installation of commercial doors and related hardware on a variety of building materials.

You will identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services, work safely, and perform additional duties as needed. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with mechanical aptitude and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Preferred).
• Experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door and door hardware including roll up doors (dock doors), dock equipment, high speed rolling doors and entry doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
