Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking experienced Commercial Technicians to service Chapel Hill and surrounding areas. Training by industry experts will cover repairs of automatic, manual, and commercial doors and hardware.

The role suits individuals with construction, electrical, carpentry, or servicing backgrounds who enjoy challenging themselves and advising customers. You will perform repairs, identify product opportunities, and maintain required job documentation,

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in commercial/automatic/entry door industry preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights using a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware, including dock and entry doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track job paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
