Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Door Installation: Install and repair a variety of commercial doors using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair door-related issues, such as springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
• Hardware Installation: Install and configure door hardware like locks, handles, closers, and access control systems.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all installed doors meet safety and building code regulations and standards.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining repair processes.
• Documentation: Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with doors and communicate cost-effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on installations and repairs to meet company standards.
