DuraServ is seeking a mechanically minded Technician Apprentice to learn on the job, supporting installation, service, and maintenance of commercial dock and door systems. You’ll train hands-on with experienced technicians and progress through the ADVANCE program while earning income from day one.
Join a safety‑driven team that values reliability, hands-on problem solving, and career growth. No prior dock/door experience required—we train from the ground up.
DuraServ is looking for mechanically-minded problem-solvers ready to learn a trade, earn while they grow, and build a career with their hands.
DuraServ is looking for mechanically-minded problem-solvers ready to learn a trade, earn while they grow, and build a career with their hands.
DuraServ installs, services, and maintains the commercial dock and door systems that keep warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial facilities running. Behind every system that works flawlessly is a technician who knew what to look for — and fixed it right the first time.
As a Technician Apprentice, you won't be watching from the sideline. You'll be on the job, learning from experienced technicians, getting hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems, and building the skills that define a career in the trades. DuraServ's ADVANCE training program gives you a structured path to grow — and the income keeps coming while you do it.
You don't need to know everything yet. You need the right instincts, the work ethic to show up every day, and the drive to get better than you were yesterday.
If you've been looking for a career — not just a job — one where what you build with your hands matters and your work has a visible impact every single day, the trades are where that happens. And DuraServ is where that career starts.
