Job summary

Crofton is seeking a Commercial Diver to join our team in the United States for underwater construction, inspection and repair projects using surface-supplied air gear, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of diving experience, a valid commercial diver certification, and the ability to pass a Homeland Security background check for TWIC eligibility. OSHA, CPR, and rigging credentials are preferred to support diverse field tasks.

Qualifications

• Commercial Dive School Diploma and four dive logs.
• Frequent physical fitness and ability to read gauges and measurements.
• Must provide valid certifications listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform underwater construction tasks using surface-supplied air to inspect, repair, install, or remove equipment and structures.
• Carry out non-destructive testing and report results accurately.
• Inspect docks, ships, pipelines, and related structures using CCTV and testing equipment.
• Rig and recover objects using crane lines and winches.
• Operate underwater video and related inspection equipment.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and shop upkeep.
• Complete daily data entry as required.
