Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time Commercial Diver/Dive Supervisor to join our team in Norfolk, VA, for an on‑site role. Responsibilities include performing commercial diving activities such as underwater inspections, repairs, and maintenance, underwater welding, and operations involving dredging and rigging. The Dive Supervisor will also ensure safety protocols are strictly followed, coordinate team activities, oversee dive operations, and maintain accurate records for projects. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and technical diving expertise.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Commercial Diving and related underwater operations
• Proficiency in Underwater Welding and experience in Rigging techniques
• Knowledge and experience in Dredging and underwater construction projects
• Understanding of safety protocols and ability to enforce safety standards during dive operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate dive teams and project activities
• Relevant diving certifications and credentials from an accredited diving school
