Government Contracting Resources, Inc. is seeking a dependable janitor to perform commercial custodial cleaning of buildings, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom sanitation, trash and recycling removal, stock replenishment, interior and exterior glass cleaning, and reporting repair needs while following all safety and quality guidelines on site.

Formación

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain base access.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all assigned work following training and contractual guidelines.
• Performs all assigned work safely and in compliance with safety requirements.
• Performs all assigned work to meet quality guidelines.
• Dry mops, sanitizes, and wet mops floors.
• Cleans baseboards, corners, and edges.
• Spot cleans walls, doors, and windows as required.
• Vacuums carpet.
• Cleans and disinfects restroom commodes, urinals, showers, partitions, floors, and walls.
• Cleans and disinfects group/shower locker rooms to include walls and lockers.
• Stocks restroom toilet paper, paper towels, seat covers, and soap dispensers.
• Stocks breakrooms with paper towels and hand soap.
• Empties trash cans.
• Collects recyclables and places them as directed.
• Cleans water fountains.
• Cleans interior and exterior glass.
• Mixes chemicals/cleaning fluids, as necessary.
• Observes and reports the need for repair of furniture, building, and fixtures.
• Presents a professional, positive, and helpful attitude when interacting with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Maintains effective communication with management, employees, and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Performs all assigned work following the training provided and in compliance with Corporate, Project, and/or Contractual guidelines.
• Performs all assigned work safely and conforms with Company/Project safety requirements.
• Performs all assigned work in a way that meets quality expectations and complies with Corporate, Project, and/or Contractual Quality guidelines.
• Dry Mops, sanitizes, and wet mops floors.
• Cleans baseboards, corners, and edges.
• Spot cleans walls, doors, and windows as required.
• Vacuums carpet.
• Cleans and disinfects restroom commodes, urinals, showers, partitions, floors, and walls.
