Job summary

Lee Company is seeking a dedicated custodian/janitor to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities in Lebanon, TN. The role involves routine cleaning, safe lifting, trash removal, spill response, and sanitizing multiple areas according to a daily schedule.

Ideal candidates have a good attitude, strong communication, and customer service focus. Previous custodial experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED is preferred as well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Custodial/janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of facility buildings.
• Safely lift and move heavy items as instructed.
• Remove trash and debris and address spills promptly.
• Use cleaning equipment proficiently and sanitize areas.
• Follow a daily maintenance schedule.
