Job summary

The Credit Analyst & Portfolio Manager at Waukesha State Bank will partner with Senior Credit Analysts and the Chief Credit Officer to evaluate creditworthiness, analyze financial statements and tax returns, and prepare loan presentations to support sound credit decisions.

You will manage an assigned loan portfolio, work with customers and lenders on renewals and new credit requests, and contribute to ongoing servicing while expanding your career in community banking.

Join Waukesha State Bank as a Credit Analyst & Portfolio Manager and play a key role in supporting our Commercial Banking Team. In this position, you'll partner closely with our Senior Credit Analysts and Chief Credit Officer to evaluate the creditworthiness of loan applicants, analyze financial statements and tax returns, and prepare comprehensive loan presentations that support sound credit decisions. You'll also conduct industry research, participate in credit committee discussions, and help ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations-all while building a strong foundation in commercial lending and financial analysis.

Beyond credit analysis, you'll manage an assigned loan portfolio, working directly with customers and lenders on renewals, modifications, new credit requests, and ongoing servicing needs.
