Job summary

Legal.io is looking for a Commercial Counsel to work remotely, with a focus on procurement and commercial contracts. Compensation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate vendor and procurement agreements across professional services, technology transactions, and SaaS
• Advise on contracts across a range of technology environments, including cloud based and on prem solutions
• Manage a high volume of inbound requests and drive matters forward efficiently
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to deliver practical, business oriented legal guidance
• Synthesize inputs and provide clear recommendations and next steps
• Identify and elevate privacy considerations as needed
• Demonstrated privacy experience with respect to issue flagging, DPA review, GDPR, and other applicable data privacy protection requirements.

Location Preference
