Job summary

Commercial Appliance Parts & Service in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Commercial Service Technician (HOT SIDE) to troubleshoot and repair commercial cooking equipment and warewashing systems at customer locations.

You will join a team with competitive pay, a company vehicle, full benefits, PTO, 401k, and ongoing training; after-hours and weekend on-call are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in cooking equipment repair
• Electrical, electronic and mechanical skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• CFESA certification (nice to have)
• Experience servicing Rational, Unox and Garland
• Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking equipment and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls promptly.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Commercial ApplianceParts & Service is seeking qualified Commercial Service Technicians (HOT SIDE) for our team in Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas. We are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at customer locations.

What does a Commercial Service Technician do?

What we need from you:

• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
